Dear users, welcome to the services of Shenzhen SI.NANO Intelligence Technology Co., Ltd. (hereinafter referred to as “SI.NANO”). Before use, please read the following User’s Policy, your use of the App shall be deemed as your agreement on the Policy. The Policy shall come into legal effect, especially the articles of exemption or restriction on the responsibilities of SI.NANO. Please read carefully. If you have any questions, please consult SI.NANO.
1. Confirmation and Acceptance of Service Terms
The visit or use of the App shall be deemed as the user’s acceptance of all the terms and conditions of the Policy.
2. Change and Revision of Service Terms
SI.NANO shall be entitled to revise the Service Terms if necessary. If the Service Terms are changed, the users shall be notified of the revision on the important page. If the user disagrees on the revision, the user may abandon the information services of the App. If the user continues using the information services of the App, it shall be deemed as the user’s acceptance of the change of the Service Terms. The App shall reserve the right to change or suspend the service at any time without notifying the user. The App need not assume any responsibility for the users or any third party when exercising the right to change or suspend the service.
3. User’s Act
3.1 User’s account, password, and security
Once successfully registered, the user will become the legal use of SI.NANO and get a password and an account. Meanwhile, the account password can be used to log in SI.NANO APP. Therefore, the user shall take reasonable measures to protect the security of the password and account. The user shall be fully responsible for all the activities undertaken with the password and the account; the user shall bear the losses or damages arising from such activity, and SI.NANO shall assume no responsibilities. In case of unauthorized use of the user’s password and account or any other security problem, the user may immediately notify SI.NANO, and stop using the account after contact every time. Otherwise, the user may not receive the security protection of SI.NANO. As for the user’s account unused for a long time, SI.NANO shall be entitled to close and deregister such account.
3.2 Prohibited behaviors when registering an account
(1) The user shall be prohibited from using the real name, style name and pseudonym, stage name, or penname of the state leaders or other social celebrities in the registration;
(2) The user shall be prohibited from pretending to be any individual or institution, falsely claiming in any false mode or using any name misleading people to pretend to be related to any individual or any institution;
(3) The user shall be prohibited from registering any name similar to that of other net friends;
(4) The user shall be prohibited from registering the uncivilized or improper name or the name with discrimination, insult, or obscenity;
(5) The user shall be prohibited from registering the name likely to cause ambiguity or misleading of others;
3.3 The Users shall not publish the following illegal information and pictures on the App:
(1) Against the fundamental principles prescribed by the laws;
(2) Jeopardize national security, disclose state secret, overthrow state political power, or undermine national unity;
(3) Harm national honor and interests;
(4) Instigate national hatred or national discrimination, or undermine national unity;
(5) Undermine national religious policy or advocate cult or feudal superstition;
(6) Spread rumor to disturb social order or undermine social stability;
(7) Spread obscenity, eroticism, gambling, violence, murder, terrorism or instigate crime;
(8) Humiliate or slander others, and infringe the lawful rights and interests of others;
(9) Other contents prohibited by the laws and administrative regulations;
(10) Harass, slander, threaten, and pretend to be other user of the website;
(11) Instigate unlawful assembly, association establishment, marching, demonstration, and gathering to disturb social order;
(12) Publish the files or information that may infringe third-party interests, such as (including but not limited to): Virus code, hacker program, and Software decryption of registration information.
(13) Upload others’ works, including others’ works downloaded or gathered from Internet or in the form of screenshot;
(14) Upload the Internet pictures, including advertisement, banner, and logo, etc.;
4. Uploaded or Published Contents
The contents uploaded by the user refers to any contents uploaded or published by the user on SI.NANO in the form of video or any other form, including text, picture, and audio, etc. Unless SI.NANO receives relevant notification, SI.NANO will deem that the user is the copyrighter of the contents uploaded or published on the App. As the content publisher, the user shall be responsible for the contents published, and bear all the legal and joint responsibilities for all the disputes arising from the published contents. SI.NANO shall not assume any legal and joint responsibilities.
SI.NANO may not guarantee the legality, legitimacy, accuracy, completeness, or quality of the contents transmitted through the App. When using the App, the user may contact unpleasant, improper or nasty contents. In any cases, SI.NANO shall not assume any responsibilities for any contents, including but not limited to any mistake or fault of any contents and derivative losses or damages. SI.NANO shall be entitled (but not liable to) reject or delete any contents provided on the App by itself.
If any individual or institution holds that any contents of SI.NANO infringe the legal interests, such individual or institution shall prepare the credentials with legal effectiveness, and contact SI.NANO in time so that SI.NANO will deal with the issue rapidly.
